1. Who can use the pre-order and pre-delivery service?
Only residents of Milestone Living partner locations are eligible for this service. If you're staying at a Milestone residence, you can pre-order your bundle and have it delivered before you arrive.
2. When will my bundle be delivered?
Bundles are delivered to the Resident Manager at your Milestone residence before your arrival. You’ll either find the bundle in your room or be able to pick it up upon check-in. The exact delivery date to the Resident Manager will be confirmed in a separate email once the handover is complete.
3. How do I make sure I select the right mattress cover size?
Please refer to the email from Milestone Living or ask your Resident Manager for your correct room number and mattress size. Choosing the correct size helps avoid unnecessary returns.
4. What if I place my order late or miss the deadline?
We recommend placing your order by the announced deadline to guarantee delivery before your arrival and to receive a 5% discount using the code MILESTONE_5 at checkout. Some extra bundles may be available for late purchase at the residence, but availability is not guaranteed. 5. What personal data is shared for pre-delivery?
To fullfill your pre-order, UGOBEL may collect and share limited information such as your name, residence name, bed matress size, room number, and arrival date with Milestone Living staff and logistics partners. This data is used solely for coordinating delivery and is handled in accordance with GDPR.
