Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Poland, Netherlands, Austria.

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

We do not charge any shipping costs.

Standard Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 2-3 working days, for deliveries abroad within 3-5 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

For Pre-Order and Pre-Delivery:

- Eligibility
This service is available only to customers staying at Milestone Living partner residences.

- Delivery Address & Timing
Your bundle will be pre-delivered to the Resident Manager at your Milestone residence before your arrival. The exact delivery date will be communicated via email once the bundle is handed over.

- Delivery Location:

Milestone Residence (as selected at checkout)

- Handover Confirmation
Delivery is considered complete once the bundle is handed over to the designated Resident Manager. This handover is logged and confirmed for your reference.

Payment by invoice is only for authorities and companies.

The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 14 days.
