Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:
- on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods;
- in the case of multiple goods ordered as part of a single order and delivered separately, on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item; or
- in the case of goods delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last partial shipment or piece.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email:

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Pre-Orders and Delivery to Accommodation Partners
For pre-orders or orders delivered to a student residence, accommodation provider, reception desk, Resident Manager, or another delivery location designated by the customer, the 14-day withdrawal period begins when the goods are received by the customer or by a third party designated by the customer who is not the carrier.
Where several goods forming part of a single order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the last item.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery.
Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
Returning the Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning goods that can normally be returned by parcel.
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to contracts concerning:
- goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured according to an individual choice or specification made by the consumer, or goods that are clearly personalised;
- goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene where the seal has been removed after delivery;
- goods that, due to their nature, have become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery; and
- other goods or contracts for which the right of withdrawal is excluded under applicable law.
Hygiene-Sensitive Products
For hygiene and product protection, this item is delivered vacuum-packed. We recommend keeping the packaging sealed until you are sure you wish to keep the product.
Food Products
Certain food products that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would quickly be exceeded may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.
The availability of the right of withdrawal for other food products depends on the characteristics and circumstances of the individual product.
